The Combat Rules

Health Points
Each Player upon entering has 50 HPs which may seem like a little but as long as you don't tick off the families you should be fine ;)

How to Fight

Fighting(Like a street fight or a bar brawl) is based on the dice 1d10.In order for the attack to be considered a hit the roll must be over 5.The rules are like this:
1.Someone initiates a fight(e.g Punching,Kicking,Biting, using a weapon etc.)
2.The person who is attacked then can fight back(no blocking)
3.All fighting whether it be Street Fighting,Assasination Attempts or Bombing are done on a turn taking basis.
4.The person who is attacked has 2 minutes to respond to the attack or else his/her turn is forfeited.
5.A Player may run out during a fight if it is his/her turn.
6.If a player is being attacked by multiple players the person being attacked gets one turn per attacker.

Bombs and Explosives

In order to use Explosives you must first get the permission of a Don or a terrorist leader.
After you recieve permission you may use the bomb.The procedure is like this
1. You Enter
2. You pull out the bomb and arm it
3. You throw,kick,drop the bomb on or into the target and roll 1d80
4. If you roll over a 70 the target is destroyed
5. If you roll under a 70 you(the bomber) loses 10HPs
Note* Terrorists should get permission from a Don to use a bomb but don't have to

Assassination Attempts

An AA is a way to try and kill another character.When attempting an AA you roll 1d50,if you roll a 50 then the target is automatically dead.The number rolled equals the number of HPs that are taken away from the person who is attacked.AA's must be approved by a Don before they can be performed.AA's cannot be used as self defense.

Self Defense
If an AA is attempted on you you have a chance to defend yourself (As long as the attacker didn't roll a 50)you can do this by rolling 1d40.Whatever you roll is how many HPs your opponant loses.These dice can only be used in Self Defense Toward an AA or bombing.Self Defense dice cannot kill,but when your opponant loses 50 HPs from your self defense roll he is KOed for 3 minutes at which time you can run.

Healing
You regain lost HPs at the rate of 5 HPs per day.However all citizens may carry 2 Medkits with them.You roll 1d10 to use a medkit,whatever you roll it how many HPs you get back.Since you have two you may attempt to heal yourself twice.With a Doctor,a Doctor can only attempt to heal you once.You cannot use a medkit on yourself if your HPs are below 6.So if you just got hit and you have 5 HPs left forget about using the kit.Medkits and Doctors cannot bring characters back to life.Once someone reaches 0 HPs that character is dead.
